Keyboard

The beautiful sound of keyboard has captured the hearts of millions of people around the world. There is a myriad of instruments around but keyboard is one such instrument by which people can not only express their emotions creatively but also increase their memory and concentration ability, improve dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

As I started learning music, I found the necessity to harmonise the notes to an instrument and keyboard filled the space. I commenced my first grade when I was in my first standard from my tutor Bramma alias Kumaresan who trained me to take up the exams from the reputed institute Trinity College of London. Since then, I have been taking the exams on a yearly basis and completed my eighth grade in the beginning of my ninth standard.

Trinity College of London is a leading international examinations board known for its qualified certifications that it has been providing around the world in over seventy countries since 1877. It is a well-known fact that it provides respected qualifications in performing arts like keyboard, guitar, drama and speech.

“Completing grade 8 represents achievement equivalent to substantial progress towards an undergraduate diploma or degree.” say Trinity College London and I am extremely grateful and delighted to have completed all 8 grades with a certificate of Distinction in each grade.

The following is the video of my grade 8 pieces.
